If anyone knows what it’s like to be a dying father physically and metaphorically, allow me to introduce myself. From a young age, the men and mentors in my life were always passing on early.

I was on the same trajectory- smoking, stress eating, and working endless hours trying to find any escape from the life I had created. At the young age of 32, I found my health in decline and at risk of leaving my wife and kids without a father figure, just like my father before me.

A desire to break the cycle awakened me and from then on out I put my health first. I started to feel alive, gained confidence, and even brought my family in for the journey with me.
